A Tampa woman, whose husband serves at MacDill Air Force Base, is one of 11 people who will be honored by the White House for “doing extraordinary work across the country as leaders in entrepreneurship,” according to a White House media release. Adrianna Domingos-Lupher, chief executive officer of MSB New Media, a digital media marketing and publishing firm that houses the Military Spouse Blogger Network, will be among those honored at a White House ceremony at 1 p.m. on Aug. 27. The “Champions of Change”…”have distinguished themselves by continuing to serve our country through their successful small businesses and non-profits that create jobs, spur economic growth, and help their communities,” according to the release. Domingos-Lupher “has played a significant role in launching ground-breaking programs for military spouses that include the Military Spouse CEO Experience and Homefront Rising,” the release states. “Adrianna is a passionate advocate for military spouse employment, entrepreneurship, and political engagement.” Domingos-Lupher expressed gratitude for the honor on her Facebook page. “I’m so excited to finally share that I’m being recognized as a White House Champion of Change!” she posted. “I’m so humbled and honored to represent our military spouse community as an entrepreneur and agent of change. Although I feel that my work is just beginning, I look forward to being an ambassador for today’s generation of military spouses.” After thanking several people, she saved her biggest thanks for her husband. “Thank you to my Homeskillet, my Partner-in-Crime, my husband, Michael Lupher who never once doubted my ability to succeed,” she posted. “Thank you for showing my girls what a real partnership looks like. Thank you for being a true partner. Oh, and thank you for letting me document our lives on the internet. I really wish you could be there with us this week. I love you.” Another Florida resident, Stephanie Parson of Windermere, will also be honored. Parson is the CEO and Founder of Crowned Grace International, a global management consulting firm, according to the release. “Crowned Grace International works with companies around the world to identify, develop and implement the winning strategies required to produce business results,” the release states. “Dr. Parson served as a decorated officer in the United States Air Force prior to entering the corporate sector.”
